On February 19, 1980, the lives of many changed. The people that got hit the hardest were the band members of AC/DC. Their lead singer had passed away. Bon Scott was an amazing singer, with his famous quote, "We just want to make the walls cave in and the ceiling collapse. Music is meant to be played as loudly as possible, really raw and punchy, and I'll punch out anyone who doesn't like it the way I do." AC/DC was quick to find a new singer. Filling in in 1981 was Brian Johnson. He had a depper, more crackly voice, but the band loved it. Ever since the vocals change AC/DC has just gotten more popular. "They are a band and a show," said one of the reporters for Rolling Stone. Angus Young just makes you feel that much better about yourself. I feel AC/DC will continue to be big for a long time.
